As you might be able to tell from the changes in title and front page, I am beginning to branch out. The site will now feature fitness and lifestyle posts. The aim of the fitness posts is to be motivational, instructional and entertaining. I am a big fan of a lot of social influencers in the fitness industry.

When you get the bug for weightlifting or fitness in general, it becomes a hobby and a passion. You are introduced to a nuanced world that you want to be around all the time. Therefore, you enjoy watching the videos of athletes who have used their physical abilities and philosophies on fitness to become a ‘social influencer’.

I have been training in weightlifting for about two years now and practiced other sports prior. I have had this blog for even longer than that. This made me ask: if they can do it, why can’t I? I could create the content I enjoy and us for motivation myself.
