Top Rank’s head honcho, Bob Arum appeared on ‘Tha Boxing Voice’ on Tuesday. He noted that he would like to work with Frank Warren on a potential featherweight title unification.

The news comes after the announcement of a TV deal between Warren’s Queensbury Boxing and ESPN. Top Rank’s boxing events are of course broadcast on the same sporting network.

Warren is set to promote an IBF featherweight title fight between champion Josh Warrington and WBO interim titilist, Carl Frampton.

The WBO interim belt guarantees Frampton a shot at Top Rank resident, Carlos Valdes. Arum wants to match his man with the winner of Frampton/Warrington in a featherweight title unification.

These cross-promotional bouts are great for the sport, which means they are also great for the fans.
